Texas RAC Data Collaborative

This platform represents the combined efforts of participating RAC’s to improve the quality of not only their care to the stroke and STEMI patients of their region through improved data collection and analysis; but also thereby raising the bar for the entire state of Texas.

Our Programs

Prehospital Whole Blood Program

The Texas Prehospital Whole Blood Program advances early hemorrhage control by supporting the safe, coordinated use of low-titer type O positive whole blood in the prehospital setting. Through regional collaboration, standardized clinical frameworks, and shared performance data, the program strengthens trauma system readiness and improves outcomes for patients with life-threatening bleeding across Texas.

Stroke/Cardiac Registry
By using national Stroke and Cardiac Registries the RDC provides a RAC-governed, regionally responsive data platform capturing stroke and cardiac care provided across Texas.

The TX RDC supports inclusive participation beyond the national programs. It aligns with state reporting requirements and leverages flexible data submission pathways to minimize burden and cost. Through interoperable data aggregation and interactive dashboards, RACs are empowered to evaluate system-level performance, identify regional needs, and drive data-informed improvement across Texas systems of care.
